All About Delivery
Please note that we are a Tasmanian based company and that all gift
baskets are dispatched from our workshop, we have to use independent courier
companies to do our deliveries outside of our local area. Unfortunately we cannot
control or guarantee their work. While most deliveries are made as indicated and
requested we do from time to time experience issues with some deliveries. Please
understand that we do all that is possible to insure that no problems occur, but
sometimes this may not be enough.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No Deliveries are made on Public Holidays.
Where possible please supply a business address for deliveries.
Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the
next business day and shipped according to the information below.

Disclaimer
In the instance that your basket / Hamper has not arrived as per your requested or scheduled
delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift.
Although we use highly reputable couriers to deliver our products, from time to
time delays can occur due to unforeseen reasons which are totally out of our control.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any delays causing your gift to not be
delivered on schedule is not an applicable reason for refund of your gift.
Special Delivery Instructions
All of our deleiveries are consigned on an "Overnight First Class" contract
or Road Express, which ever is the most appropriate to make sure
the hamper gets there on time.
All deliveries will be door to door deliveries.
All deliveries must be signed for unless prior arrangements are made.
CBD and inner metropolitan suburbs in most capital cities will be next day delivery.
All Tasmania, including King and Flinders Islands are also next day delivery.
Outside of the capital city areas allow at least four days and a maximum of seven days.
Only non-perishables will be shipped interstate and overseas. |
