At Gourmet Heaven we try to make sure we have the answers for most of your questions. If at any time you have a question and it's not answered below don't hesitate to contact us.
Our FAQ's are generally questions asked quite a lot by many of our clients. We will try and keep the list up to date at all times. Search the list before you make contact with us because nine times out of ten you will find the answer right here in the FAQ's.

Question     How are your hampers delivered and how long does it take?


Answer     We contract a door to door courier service. The normal delivery time Intrastate should be the next business working day. Interstate should ne no more than two working days and International is very dependent on the final destination.

Question     What if we don't receive our hamper?


Answer     If your hamper has not been received in seven days contact us and we will contact our couriers and track it down.

Question     Can I just give you a $ figure to work with and you make me up a hamper to that value?


Answer     We can certainly do that for you, it takes a lot of the guess work out of your gift selection process. You can also give us an idea on the likes and dislikes of the recipient and we'll do our best to build the right gift hamper for you.
