Refunds

We ask that you please call us on 03 6424 8358 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the Hamper/s you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Fraud

Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Gourmet Heaven does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services.

Currency

All prices on www.gourmetheaven.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Product Substitutions

All hamper items are subject to stock availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances or seasonal availability, it is necessary to substitute an item, Gourmet Heaven guarantees that such substitution will be of equal or greater value.

Alcohol

All liquor products offered for sale by Gourmet Heaven are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Refunds

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Gourmet Heaven 24 -48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date (depending on the area of delivery). Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice for Devonport or within the local area or less than 24 hours notice (for other locations) will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier or with Australia Post for delivery.

Purchase and Sale of Wine

Gourmet Heaven and staff have all achieved the Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and support is's concept and aims.
Under law it is an offence for a licensee to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor from another person.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
