We currently have two payment options available. You can use PayPal to pay by credit card, Paypal Account or a recognised debit account.
OR you can pay by bank transfer.

Payment Using PayPal

Paying by Credit Card
Via PayPal most recognised credit cards are accepted. You only deal with PayPal and therefore your credit card details are not stored anywhere on our system.

Paying by PayPal Account
Being a PayPal account holder you would know that this method is very secure and covered by the PayPal guarantees etc.

Both methods above are automatic. Once PayPal has successfully completed the transaction we will be notified and you will receive an email to that effect. If the transaction is not successful for any reason the invoice will be canceled and you will be sent back to the home page of Gourmet Heaven.

Payment Using Bank Transfer

This method is only available to regular or corporate clients. You must contact us via email or phone and your transaction must be approved before any goods are shipped.

Once again this method is very secure. You use your normal Internet banking method and once again you do not have to divulge your financial details to Gourmet Heaven or anyone else. Just between you and your bank.
Once your transaction is approved you will be sent an invoice with your order detail and the delivery address details. You make the payment and send us a copy of your transfer transaction receipt (this is the fastest way) or wait until the transaction appears in our bank and we will dispatch the goods.

As soon as we receive notification of your deposit the Gourmet Heaven team will process the order and send you the goods.

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order you will be contacted and alternative arrangements will be made. All national freight is by Australia Post. Local freight is Australia Post or local courier
